We take a look at the match on Saturday between BUSBY AFC who invited CAMBUSLANG FA to crookfur for a mid season friendly match.

Friendly action this weekend as Busby AFC featured two different sides against Cambuslang FA in which was a good chance to get everyone minutes.
The first half started and Busby seemed to dominate the majority of the opening stages of the game however against the run of play Cambuslang went one nil up with a great finish from Carmichael. 1-0 Camby !!!!!
Cambuslang gained some confidence from this and started to create some more chances but unfortunately they could not convert.
Busby began to get back into the game and they soon found the equaliser through Robbie Kyle who produced a magnificent back heel finish from 4 yards out. 1-1 !!!!!!
This was a great game of football to watch for the neutral with both teams going for goals.
Minutes before half time and Cambuslang found their 2nd goal off the game with some sloppy play at the back from Busby and the Cambuslang forward capitalised and slotted home from close range. 2-1 Camby !!!!

Seven changes at the break for Busby and this seemed to bring a new energy to the team and Busby began to take control of the game.
Around fifteen minutes into the second half Busby found the equaliser through Kyle Foster with an excellent header looping over everyone and getting Busby back into the game. 2-2 !!
Busby then took the lead for the first time in the game when forward Fraser Moreton scored to make to put his team in front with a well taken finish. 3-2 !!!!
Arguably against the run of play Cambuslang found their way back into the game when a misplaced pass at the back found the feet of the Cambuslang player who slotted home just inside the penalty box to make level the scores. 3-3 !!!! WHAT A GAME
This game was producing some top quality moments and really was a joy to watch.
This game had a feel in the air that the score line would not remain the same and a winning goal could be on the way.
Busby did manage to find winner when a through ball found Moreton who outpaced the defender to finish it past the keeper to win his team the game. 4-3 to Busby !!!!!
The home team managed to see out the remaining few minutes and finish this enthralling friendly match with the win.
Credit must go to both teams as they put on a real good show considering it was only a friendly match.
