GDSFC Christmas appeal reaches it’s total

Thank you to GDSFC league Secetary Nim for his support in helping us build this blog highlighting the annual GDSFC charity campaign

Hi John,

As always this is one of the moments that makes me proudest to be involved with GDSFC – supporting fantastic charity Glasgows Spirit of Christmas Appeal – supporting children within our communities have that magical Christmas that they might never have had, as no kid should go without anything at Christmas.

Delighted to say all gifts ranging from toys, pyjamas, body sets, gift cards and lastly lots of footballs!! (Maybe inspire a future GDSFC player haha) have been collected, purchased and have been dropped off at the Glasgow’s Spirit of Christmas HQ getting their final piece of magical Christmas sparkle and then they will be on their way to their forever homes with the kids 🎁🎁🎁

I know times are tough just now for a lot of people, so we are super proud of the work our league members have put into helping the children this Christmas, it’s been another phenomenal year of donations 🙌🙌

A huge thanks to everyone that has helped our appeal this year supporting our local communities and making Christmas that magical time of the year for every child 👏🎅🏻🎁❤️
