GDSFC club does a “1st” within GDSFC

Woodlands AFC are taking part in a 1st within GDSFC by having their fixture v Utd Glasgow filmed by Drone in a service offered by Uav360

We caught up with Woodlands manager Chris who explained how he came about trying this interesting addition to amateur football

“Happened to come across uav360 on Facebook or YouTube. Seen they covered a few games and also sponsored a few teams Kilbirnie and ardeer junior teams aswell as Kilbirnie girls team. Thought it would be a good idea and a boost for the team to get one of our games covered. Definitely something different & the lads are looking forward to it. Just hope it doesn’t affect there game and see a few shooting from anywhere. Uav360 can be found on Facebook (WhatsApp contact on Facebook page).

We asked Chris does he have any other ideas he would like to introduce to amateur football

No doubt I’ll come across something. anything to give the lads a boost and make the game enjoyable.

We look forward to seeing how this “experiment” works out from a club who since we started covering GDSFC has been superb to work with and seem a really progressive club looking to strive forward in a well run progressive league
